Caro is a Brazilian-American writer/director. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University and worked as a McKinsey consultant prior to pursuing filmmaking.

She was invited to participate in Jumpcut Media's incubator for emerging writers, where she was mentored by Mark Goffman and developed a TV comedy alongside producer Winnie Kemp. Her projects have been selected for the New York Theater Festival, the Mystic Film Festival, and the Miami Underground Film Festival, among others.
