Caro is a Brazilian-American writer/director. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard University and worked as a McKinsey consultant prior to pursuing filmmaking.

She is currently on the festival circuit with her short film “Cake”. The film qualified for an Oscar after winning the Grand Prize for Best Comedy Short at Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival. It is also an official selection at Mill Valley Film Festival, New Hampshire Film Festival, Bend Film Festival, and Sidewalk Film Festival. She has a feature film in development with Princess Pictures (Together).
